SPRINGFIELD… State Representative Rosemary Mulligan (R, Des Plaines) is calling for a legislative hearing concerning the state’s All Kids healthcare program, which is now coming under fire based on a recent report by the Illinois Auditor General.  The auditor’s report was prompted by House Bill 1533 of the 95^th General Assembly, drafted and filed by Representative Mulligan, which created the annual audit of the program.

“While I am pleased that I helped prompt this review of the program, the results were far from comforting,” stated Mulligan.  “When we talk about waste in Springfield, we’re not exaggerating and this report is proof of that.”
